COMPANY MEMORY

Stop making every agent learn the company from zero.

The useful part of email is not the pile of messages. It is the evolving set of relationships, commitments, decisions, and facts inside them.

FROM MESSAGE TO MEMORY

Memory is useful when it can answer three follow-up questions.

01

Where did this come from?

Inspect available source messages with authorized access and your archive key. Deleted sources cannot be reopened.

02

When was it recorded?

Compare source dates, changes and review history. Managers can correct or reject a claim.

03

How sure are we?

Confidence is a model estimate, not verified accuracy. Answers can report insufficient evidence or an unavailable query instead of guessing.

Illustrative example

An invoice becomes more than a PDF in a folder.

The message connects Acme Supply Co. to invoice 1048, the amount, payment terms, and the colleague who owns the follow-up. If Acme later changes those terms, the record can change while retained sources show the history. These values are illustrative, not customer data or proof of extraction accuracy.

Provenance

Sourced claims link to supporting email. Legacy or manual records without verified source evidence are identified, not presented as proof.

Time

Later source evidence can supersede older assertions. History remains subject to source retention and deletion; it is not a permanent record of every claim.

Relationships

People, organizations, amounts, and commitments become connected context—not isolated search results.

Shared context

Agents with an explicit organization-memory grant can share the company record. Mailbox read access alone does not grant memory access.

LET CONTEXT COMPOUND

Make the next message easier to understand than the last.

Begin with the mailbox where repeated explanation costs your team the most.
