ARCHIVE
A sealed original that belongs to you.
On arrival, the permanent message archive is encrypted to the inbox public key. The private key stays with the inbox owner, creating a clean boundary between stored mail and the service operating around it.
UNDERSTAND
Turn on intelligence where it earns its keep.
AI processing starts off and requires mailbox consent. Future incoming email text and supported PDF text can become sourced company memory. Other attachments remain downloads. Source history is subject to retention and deletion.
REVIEW
Put the consequential moment in front of a person.
An agent can prepare a response but cannot approve its own send. A person reviews the exact recipient, subject, bodies and attachments; edits invalidate approval. This release supports one recipient per outbound send.
